With the launch of our new website we went back to basics – we want you to know that our entire team is deeply committed to the success of our clients within a framework of fair business dealings, visibility and straight talk. While there are many qualified M&A advisors in the market nationally, few have the same core values as BlueSky.
- A focus on the emotional health of our clients. The business sale process can be time intensive and difficult. We pride ourselves in our ability to manage beyond the transaction, deeply engaging with our clients at all levels. We believe that happy, well educated clients make the best clients.
- Engagements build around alignment and mutual participation. As a small team, we choose to not take on every engagement that crosses our desks. Instead, we aim to deeply align with a select few clients a year based on mutual fit. This allows us to maintain an above average close rate without diluting service delivered.
- White glove service to all clients. Unlike larger firms, we do not farm client fulfillment down the line. Instead, each client is handled by a principal throughout the entire transaction and planning lifecycle. This allows you to hold our team members to a high level of accountability and ensures you have maximum exposure to our most valuable talent.
